1. This Promotion is managed by Grosvenor Casino (“The Promoter”) this is a Network Promotion operated in conjunction with Pragmatic Play.
2. These terms relate to the Grosvenor Casino “Pragmatic Play Drop and Wins” promotion (“the Promotion”).

7. The promotion will run from 3 April 2024 at 01:00 UK time until 1 May 2024 at 00:59 UK time (the “Promotional Period”).

Drops and Wins Terms and Conditions:

9. To take part in this promotion players must opt-in, on any of the participating games.
10. Participating games can be found on the Drops & Wins section.
11. Players need to spin at least 1 real money spin on any participating games to qualify.
12. Players will be manually credited each Thursdays following the end of the Promotional Period if ever the prize is not instantly credited to their account. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner, however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the crediting.

Promotion Mechanics – Daily Prize Drops:

13. The Daily Prize Drop may be won by players in the form of a fixed cash amount, multiplier amount, Instant Bonus and/or Free Spins Bonus
14. Players participating in a Daily Prize Drop may win prizes in the form of a multiplier of the winning player’s bet amount, Instant Bonus and/or Free Spins Bonus as set out in the Daily Prize Drop Prize Table provided further below in these terms.
15. If the winning spin exceeds one British Pound Sterling (£ 1), the prize will be paid out based on a bet of one British Pound Sterling (£ 1) X multiplier received.
16. Instant Bonus prizes will be awarded to the player in The Dog House Multihold Game.
17. Free spins bonuses may be awarded to a player in the form of 10 and/or 5 Free Spins Bonuses for the same participating game in which the player won the prize.
18. Instant bonuses may be awarded to a player for the selected participating game for the same bet as the winning bet where the players will automatically enter the bonus round of the game.
19. Once awarded to the player, the Free Spins Bonuses and Instant Bonus winnings have no wagering requirements.
20. If the bet amount in the Free Spins Bonus and or Instant Bonus winning spin exceeds One British Pound Sterling (£ 1) or the equivalent amount in the available currencies, the Free Spins Bonus and/or Instant Bonus will be paid out based on a bet of One British Pound Sterling (£ 1) or the equivalent amount in the available currencies.
21. If the participating game does not have One British Pound Sterling (£ 1) bet available, the Free Spins Bonus and/or Instant Bonus will be paid out on the next available higher bet in the participating game.
22. The Free Spins Bonus and/or Instant Bonus prizes won in a Daily Prize Drop will be awarded to winners on the same day that the Free Spins Bonus and/Instant Bonus have been won.
23. The Free Spins Bonus and/or Instant Bonus prizes will be valid for 7 days from the time they have been awarded to the player.
24. This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who meet the qualification criteria.

Promotion Mechanics – Daily Tournament:

26. To take part in this promotion players must opt-in, on any of the participating games.
27. Participating games can be found on the Drops & Wins section.
28. Players need to spin at least 1 real money spin of at least £0.05 on any participating games
29. Players will be placed on the leaderboard based on the total amount of points accumulated on any participating game as the total sum of all wins multiplier in relation to their bet amount during a Daily Tournament period.
30. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score shown on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each Daily Tournament.
31. The leaderboard is built in the participating game/s and updates in real-time. Each player will see his/her progress listed as “You” among the other players’ Tournament IDs.
32. In the event where 2 or more players finish a Daily Tournament in the same position on the leaderboard, the player who has achieved the score first will receive the higher prize.

General Terms and Conditions

34. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
35. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, Grosvenor Casinos may refuse to process the claim.
36. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include, but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
37. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
38. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, Grosvenor Casinos may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
39. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus prize forfeited.
40. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, this may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
41. Grosvenor Casinos is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.
