1. General bonus terms for all bonuses – unless specifically stated.

“Bonus Money”- also called “bonus balance”, is defined as the total of funds in an account belonging to the consumer comprising of: any Bonus which is not immediately withdrawable/redeemable by the consumer. It includes all winnings made with the Bonus, which are subject to uncompleted Wagering Requirements. In the case of a Mixed Wager, it includes such share of any winnings from the Mixed Wager as is proportionate to the share of the stake which came from the Bonus Balance. Finally, it also includes winnings from any Bonus which are either not subject to Wagering Requirements or for which Wagering Requirements have been satisfied.
“Real Money balance”- also called “deposit balance”, is defined as the total funds in an account belonging to the player (other than the bonus balance/ restricted funds) and always includes: unspent funds paid in by a player. It also includes funds where a player’s deposit is converted into a larger total balance containing a bonus (‘buy-in’), the portion equal to the value of the player’s buy in. It also includes all winnings from wagers made with the deposit balance. For mixed wagers, it includes the share of any winnings from them proportionate to the share of the stake from the deposit balance. finally, it includes the winnings from any bonus no longer subject to wagering requirements.
“Right of Withdrawal” – Real Money is unrestricted (unlike Bonus funds) and can be withdrawn at any time (pending general regulatory obligations). However, during Promotions or with Bonuses, you may be required to wager the Bonus or winnings from Bonus spins before you are able to withdraw the full amount. This means that if you withdraw your Real Money before the Wagering Requirements have been met, you will forfeit your Bonus and any winnings from this Bonus.
1.2. Deposit Bonuses may be offered to you from time to time. Upon a qualifying deposit, they will match your deposit by a certain percentage up to a certain value, which will be indicated on the specific offer. For any deposit bonus, the minimum deposit is £20 or currency equivalent, unless stated otherwise for the specific bonus.
1.3. Once your Deposit Bonus has been claimed, your funds will be used in the following order: 1/ Any real money deposited funds required to trigger the bonus 2/ bonus funds 3/ any remaining funds.
1.4. The maximum amount you are allowed to bet per spin when playing with an active bonus is £2 per bet/spin (or equivalent in any other currency) until the wagering requirements of the bonus have been met. This includes double-up wagers after the game round has been completed. The Company reserves the right to close any accounts that breach this requirement, return any deposited amount to the player, and confiscate any winnings made as a result of this breach.
1.5. Winnings resulting from a bonus or free spins that originated without making a deposit (i.e a “no deposit bonus” or “no deposit free spins”), are capped at £100 (or currency equivalent), unless specific terms are applied. Withdrawal requests of larger amounts will not be paid out and winnings in excess of £100 may be confiscated.
1.6. Your bonus will be converted to real money as soon as the wagering requirement is met.
1.7. If you forfeit your bonus, all bonus money and/or winnings from free spins related to the bonus are lost/forfeited and any real money balance will stay in your account.
1.8. Game weighting applies i.e different games contribute differently towards completing a wagering requirement of a bonus. Wagering £1 on one game may contribute £1 to the wagering requirements while wagering £1 on another type of game may contribute only 10% of the amount. ie. £0.10. The Company only allow one gaming account per person and as a consequence only one bonus offer is allowed per person, household address, account, device, email, phone number, payment method and IP address. 2. Deposit bonuses

If we discover or have reasonable grounds to believe that you have participated in any of the activities listed below (each a “Prohibited Activity“) then we may (depending on the case and in line with our licence conditions and regulatory obligations) elected to: not open your account, suspend your account, close your Account, void wagers and/or stakes, void deposits, cancel withdrawals, or withhold and/or confiscate the payment of your winnings.. that are attributable to those Prohibited Activities. 6.3.3. Abusing player accounts may be terminated.

- Equal, zero or low margin bets;

7. Chests
